He aqu\u00ed un resumen de los procesos habituales:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/saphydrogels.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/Sludge-treatment1-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"Tratamiento de lodos\" class=\"wp-image-1157\" style=\"width:500px;height:auto\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Tratamiento de lodos<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Proyecci\u00f3n:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> El cribado f\u00edsico mediante una criba de varillas o de tambor elimina de las aguas residuales objetos grandes como palos, piedras y pl\u00e1sticos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tratamiento primario:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las aguas residuales entran en un tanque de decantaci\u00f3n, donde los s\u00f3lidos m\u00e1s pesados se depositan en el fondo en forma de lodos, mientras que el aceite y la grasa suben a la superficie y se retiran por desnatado. Este proceso reduce la cantidad de s\u00f3lidos y materia org\u00e1nica en el agua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tratamiento secundario (tratamiento biol\u00f3gico):<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El agua entra en el tanque de aireaci\u00f3n y los microorganismos descomponen la materia org\u00e1nica residual del agua. Este proceso biol\u00f3gico convierte los contaminantes en subproductos inocuos como di\u00f3xido de carbono, agua y m\u00e1s microorganismos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tratamiento terciario: <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esta etapa es opcional, pero a menudo se utiliza para purificar a\u00fan m\u00e1s el agua. Se utilizan tecnolog\u00edas como la filtraci\u00f3n (por ejemplo, arena, carb\u00f3n activado) y los tratamientos qu\u00edmicos (por ejemplo, cloraci\u00f3n, desinfecci\u00f3n UV) para eliminar los contaminantes residuales, los agentes pat\u00f3genos y las impurezas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tratamiento de lodos: <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los lodos recogidos en las etapas de tratamiento primario y secundario se procesan posteriormente. Pueden ser digeridos por bacterias anaerobias para producir biog\u00e1s (metano y di\u00f3xido de carbono), que puede utilizarse como fuente de energ\u00eda. Los lodos restantes pueden secarse con <a href=\"https:\/\/saphydrogels.com\/es\/polimero-superabsorbente\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">materiales absorbentes polim\u00e9ricos<\/a> y se eliminan en vertederos para reducir el coste del tratamiento de las aguas residuales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Descarga: <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El agua tratada, que ahora cumple las normas reglamentarias para su vertido seguro, se vierte en masas de agua como r\u00edos u oc\u00e9anos.
