Dans cette \u00e9tude, la d\u00e9gradation d'un SAP sp\u00e9cifique \u00e0 base d'acrylate a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9valu\u00e9e \u00e0 l'aide de mesures d'efflux de (13)CO\u2082 \u00e0 partir de SAP marqu\u00e9s au (13)C au cours d'incubations dans le sol.<\/p>\r\n<p>Le SAP a \u00e9t\u00e9 soit marqu\u00e9 une seule fois au niveau de l'atome C du carboxyle, soit marqu\u00e9 trois fois, y compris les atomes C interconnect\u00e9s dans l'\u00e9pine dorsale du SAP.
